                        Marinade Recipes

  • Grilled Corn on the Cob
    Equal parts Whodini and Olive Oil, Baste corn while grilling
  • Skirt or Flank Steak
    Equal parts Whodini and Olive Oil, Marinade for at least an hour
  • Chicken or Fish
    1 part Whodini and 3 parts Olive Oil, Marinade 1 hour or less
  • Burger
    1 tbsp. Whodini per pound of Ground Beef, Mix well before grilling
  • Chef Linton’s Compound Butter
    ½ pound butter, soft paddled until creamy, slowly drizzle into ¼ cup Whodini with ¼ cup of minced chive, remove from bowl and roll into a tube and chill
  • Baltimore Crab Cakes : 1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp dry mustard, 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning, 2 tsps Whodini Bloody Mary potion, 1 egg beaten; gently mix, make cakes and place on wax paper, covered in refrigerator for at least one hour before cooking; broil on cookie sheet for 15 minutes
